- Made the train. No ticket punch yet. Am irritated to find that condimental.com already exists. Still need to get the sfdc workbench running. #
- Amazing how it sticks with you-the critter this am broke into a great big smile when he saw me. Talk about making my day! #
- Here’s a tip: probably best to avoid the remaindered holiday egg nog at cvs, even though $2 a bottle is a great price. #
- @shobyabdi now you too can wear a sars mask!! Way to be a team player. #
- Metra-train vs pedestrian incident-probably train before mine. We’re moving very slowly through the accident area. Ambulance just left yikes #

Why did I ever both to purchase a monthly pass? Was it the snazzy decorations? The fun of pushing it into a slot (now, now, get your mind out of the gutter) and seeing it pop out again?
Baa, baa.
LOL That’s what I’m wondering. I’m working on a Great Metra Giveaway. I might be able to put some time into it tomorrow since I’ll be in scenic NJ instead of at home with The Critter.
Shut up already complaining about the friggin’ Metra and such! I’d do anything to be back on the railways of Chicago, be they Metra, South Shore… hey, even the El! Here in Orange County everyone drives. It’s awful. Traffic is the wors thing about Southern California and if you ever think this is paradise, come feel my pain as I sit buried in traffic for countless hours each week. Does anyone walk anywhere? No. However, you see them in $$$casual velour jogging outfits bopping around the parks and local thoroughfares. But to go to the grocery store that’s just 3 or 4 blocks away, they will definitely drive, and I’ve become one of them, and if you can’t tell that I’m just full of self-loathing right now than you’re just more blitzed than I am.
Given your mention of condimentals, I thought you might be interested in the Condiment Packet Museum:

Saturday still work for you? Hope so!
@dalia actually i LOVE the train. I just want them to do a better job of collecting fares by, say, automating.
@kate you bet we’re on.
