Thanks, Meg. This was taken with a Panasonic DMC-TZ3 point and shoot. One of the “scene” modes it has is “Starry Night”. You can configure 15/30/60 seconds and then it does some post shoot processing. This was on 15 seconds. I was surprised how well it turned out! BTW, if you click through to the Flickr page you’ll see another shot, almost identical. The only change is that the clouds have a different shape. Neat!
