J and I fostered a few special needs dogs from PAWS Chicago.  Kipling, #10, went back to PAWS Chicago when we thought he was ready, but it didn’t work out and he made a trip to Best Friends.  J has been watching for him to show up on their adoptable list and GOOD NEWS: he’s there.
